Subject	question about expected quarter mile time with good driver

Message	Getting a engine put in my car finally... I have every bolt on upgrade besides bigger turbos/Boost controller/ Injectors. I have: stillen catback exaust High flow cats Stillen intecoolers upgraded radiator single pop charger down pipes underdrive pulley ecu set at 15 psi stock injectors carbon fiber clutch 1 piece driveshaft hard pipes And I plan on getting a set of m/t drag radials Does anyone have similar mods on there car or have a guestament on what I should run in a quarter mile? My brother has a 98 ss camaro with a ls1 and some bolt ons.. Im going to be racing him at sac raceway this summer when I come up from san diego and I want to make sure I have enough mods to win.. Were both good drivers.. The best time he has ran is a 13.1 but usually a 13.3 With a decent to good driver. Thanks 4 imput Wanted stock turbos for 1991 300zxtt in good shape
